Resistance:
Grape: This fungus-resistant grape variety has a loose cluster structure, which makes it less susceptible to botrytis. The grape is large, shouldered with large, round, green to slightly yellowish berries.
Wine: The wines from Fidelio are delicately fruity and fragrant with Riesling-like acidity. The bouquet is reminiscent of rose with hints of quince and citrus.
