In 1997, Ralf Sester joined the company. Together with Josef Kiefer, he founded the Kiefer & Sester Reben GbR. In 2007, Ralf and Simone Sester took over the business and continue to develop it. He keeps a watchful eye on the business, coordinates the management, staff recruitment and leadership, and customer support.

Simone Sester, a trained florist, joined Kiefer & Sester Reben GbR in 1999. She is responsible for bookkeeping, accommodation & catering for the staff and the children Paul, Jule and Leni.

Klemens Litterst has been working in our company since 2015. After training as a winemaker and further training as a viticultural technician, he went through stations as the head of a wine laboratory and second cellar master. In his hometown of Zell-Weierbach, he runs a winery with his family. He supports the company management in the areas of sales, customer support and staff management.

Martin Fieß joined our team on 1 December 2020. The trained winemaker runs a wine and fruit growing enterprise in his hometown of Oberkirch-Hesselbach. He supports the farm management in the areas of staff management and external operations.

Thomas Müller has been supporting our company with full power since 1 March 2018. He is responsible for the technical area and works in the outdoor operation. He thus ensures our quality production.

Nicolas Litterst is a trained winemaker and runs a vineyard in Zell-Weierbach with his parents. He supports us in the area of services and drives one of the planting machines.

The three children Paul, Jule and Leni are interested in the future of the farm. In their free time, they have a lot of fun on the farm. In 2019, Paul Sester completed his Mittlere Reife (secondary school leaving certificate), and in 2022 he passed the agricultural science A-level. Currently, Paul is studying horticulture (B. Sc.) at Geisenheim University. In his spare time, he maintains the website, supports the farm and strives for succession.

Sascha Pfaff owns his own contracting company specialising in viticulture and forestry in Baden-Baden. We have been cooperating with him since 2017 and he works for us in the planting service. During the planting season, he drives one of our planting machines with his Fendt.
